Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective Date: May 20, 2026

Welcome to FedEx Cameroon. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our digital portals, booking freight transit, or managing trackable cargo items. By accessing or executing orders on this website, you explicitly agree to follow and be legally bound by these operational provisions.

1. Scope of Agreement & Definition

These Terms cover all commercial logistics services provided by or through our operations in Cameroon. "Service" includes website utility dashboards, automated barcode printing infrastructure, real-time geolocated routing logs, package collection hubs, and final distribution handoffs managed by on-forwarding carrier systems.

2. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account to monitor shipping metrics or execute commercial air freight logs, you agree to keep your registration details secure.

  • You are solely responsible for preventing unauthorized entries or password data disclosures.
  • Any booking transactions initialized through your account credentials are assumed to be authorized requests.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access if fraudulent activity or system tampering is detected.

3. Shipping & Cargo Requirements

All items handled through our networks must meet safe transport rules:

  • Declaration Accuracy: Shippers must provide absolute correct specifications regarding item weights, quantity measurements, and recipient contact profiles.
  • Prohibited Materials: We reject hazardous compounds, explosive materials, or illegal goods breaking local laws or cross-border customs regulations.
  • Inspection Rights: We and regional customs agencies retain full permission to safely open, audit, and inspect any package to verify content compliance.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide continuous live maps and on-time shipments, FedEx Cameroon is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our immediate control (Force Majeure), including adverse regional weather, customs border assessment backlogs, infrastructure power failures, or global telecommunication interruptions.

5. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time to account for changing regulatory requirements, tax updates, or software service adjustments. Continued use of our tracking networks or distribution solutions after modifications are published constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated framework.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any official legal dispute or service claim must be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of jurisdiction in Cameroon.
